Gari is a popular West African food made from cassava tubers. There are two types: white and yellow garri. Yellow garri is prepared by frying with the addition of palm oil to give it a yellow color while white garri is fried without palm oil. At Capital Merchants, we import and distribute both types of gari from our West African based
manufacturing subsidiaries. We lay emphasis on quality, hygiene, nutritional value, and taste. Nigeria is the largest producer of gari in the world; hence, there is no limit to the amount of garri we can supply to the ever expanding West African demography around the globe. Between United States of American, EU, and Asia, there are millions of West Africans and people of West African descent who are not only looking forward to the healthiest and best-refined gari they could obtain, but even more, many have increasingly called for gari of high nutritional value. And we are proud to let you know that very soon we shall roll out our G4 and G3 nutrients enriched gari brands!
